This notice explains what personal data Lariat Ltd (“Lariat”, “we”) holds, why we hold it, and how you can exercise your rights. Lariat is the data controller for the processing described here. For any privacy request, contact info@lariatconsulting.co.uk.

When you contact us

If you use the contact form or email us, we hold the name, email address, company and message you provide. We use this only to respond to you and to manage any engagement that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where an engagement begins, taking steps at your request. We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months and then delete it, unless it becomes part of a client record we are required to retain for longer.

Outbound business email

We send business-to-business email to professional contacts about our services. For each recipient we hold a business email address, and where available a name, role and organisation, together with a record of what we have sent and whether it was opened or replied to. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in offering relevant professional services to businesses; we balance this against your interests and do not send to consumer addresses. We keep this data only while the contact remains relevant, and we review it periodically.

You can object to this processing at any time and we will stop. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link that suppresses your address immediately; you can also unsubscribe at lariatconsulting.nl/unsubscribe or by emailing info@lariatconsulting.co.uk. On request we will confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or erase it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability where it applies. To exercise any of these, email info@lariatconsulting.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind. There is nothing to consent to, because we collect nothing about your visit beyond the standard server logs our host keeps to deliver the site securely.
